3 Tbsp grated coconut
3 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Dough:
2 cups tapioca starch
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups water
2 tsp vegetable oil
1/4 tsp pandan paste
1/2 cup grated coconut

16-4 inch squares of banana leaves
2 tsp vegetable oil
