Is this the best LEGO Ideas project of all time?!
Sewer Heroes: Fighting the Fatberg depicts sanitation workers attempting to clear sewage pipes underneath a busy – and presumably very greasy – burger restaurant.
According to designer MOCingbird, the project’s goal is to raise awareness of the very real problem of sewer fatbergs, the moral being: don’t flush wipes down the loo; don’t pour cooking fat down the drain.
It’s an absolutely disgusting set, but 10,000 people have supported it, so who knows? Maybe The LEGO Group will see the environmental benefits of this particular design.
Plus, it’s a actually a really cool build all around!
