Dear Heavenly Father,
I come before you acknowledging that I am a sinner. I repent of my sins and ask for your forgiveness. I recognize that Jesus Christ is your son, who died on the cross for my sins, and rose again, and conquered death. I confess with my mouth, and believe with my heart that you raised him from the dead and I invite Jesus to come into my life as my Lord and Savior. I surrender my life unto you.
