Ingredients
2.5 lbs (1 kg) of semi-large shrimp (prawns)
2 to 3 lemons
2 stalks of celery
Salt (to taste)
2 tsp peppercorns
One Rosemary bunch
One medium-sized onion or a few stalks of spring onion
Lettuce for garnishing
Ingredients for Cocktail Sauce
1.5 cups (340 g) of ketchup
3 to 4 tbsp horseradish
4 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
