Bloating and Weight Gain – Symptoms Series

Today we’re going to be talking about Bloating and weight gain. Two lovely topics I’m sure many women struggle with as well. It’s not really enough is it when we go through the menopause, we already feel anxious and depressed. Our vaginas get dry and our libido goes away, not to mention the complete lack of energy. Does mother nature really think we need to put on weight on top of all this as well? I have gotten so many messages from so many of you gorgeous women, and it is so heart-breaking seeing how so many of you have lost your confidence during the menopause because of weight gain. The unfortunate thing about the menopause is that because of the lack of oestrogen our metabolisms crash right down, meaning that any little bit of excess calories immediately shows (especially around our stomachs and middle section!). It’s because of this I really have to stress how important it is to eat healthy and to eat clean. Ditching the junk food and all those sugary little treats will help put off those extra calories and will also help you not bloat!
I also wanted to say, as many of you may already know we lost our Oscar earlier in July. The loss has really been devastating to the family. As we film these IGTV’s in advance and in batches, so you may lee like in this video Oscar is present. While it’s hard for me to see Oscar pop up, I still think the messages I am sending out are important for women to know. All My love 💋 ⁠
