Union Law Minister Kiren Rijiu said that judges don’t have to stand for elections & do not face public scrutiny. His comment comes amidst an ongoing Centre vs Judiciary fight. While speaking at an event of the Delhi Bar Association, Rijiju added that changing times call for amending the constitution.
