Ramon Salazar, MD, PhD, Institut Català D'Oncologia, Barcelona, Spain, comments on the future of the Phase II NeoFox study (2018-003074-27), which assessed Foxy-5, a WNT5A mimicking peptide, in stage II/III colon cancer. Increasing the administration of Foxy-5 from three times a week to daily was well tolerated and the drug will additionally be further indicated in the perioperative setting.
