The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in Saudi Arabia renewed the reminder of cases of termination of the work contract. The ministry said that the cases of contract termination includes the following.
* Agreement of the two parties to terminate, provided that the worker’s consent is in writing, or if the period specified in the contract has expired, unless the contract has been expressly renewed in accordance with the provisions of the labor law, then it will continue for its term.
