The mufti of Uganda Ramadhan Mubajje has called on the government to consider opening up houses of prayer which were closed when COVID-19 broke out since they can also follow the standard operating procedures.
This was in his eid message for Ugandans during the scientific eid prayers held at the headquarters of the Uganda Muslim supreme council in Old Kampala.
