The Universal Audio Amp Pedals were the hottest products in 2022, but what about as worship leader gear?

As I’ve said before, the HX Stomp worship rig is hard to beat, because the HX Stomp worship amps and HX Stomp worship tone is fantastic, and the form factor vs feature set is as good as it gets.

But what about the Universal Audio Dream 65? Is it a viable Worship Pedal? Or is it BETTER worship gear than the HX Stomp Worship Pedalboard? How can a ‘one amp pedal’ compete with infinite HX Stomp Worship Presets? Does the UA Dream ‘65 belong on a worship leader guitar rig after all?

I’ve been using the Universal Audio Dream 65 version of a 1965 Deluxe Reverb as well as the Line 6 Helix version of a 1965 Princeton Reverb Blackface, the US Princess hx stomp for WORSHIP… In this video I give you my detailed analysis of the worship guitar tone and the UA Dream Pedal UI vs the Worship Pedalboard HX Stomp platform.

The most important thing the UA Dream pedal can’t do is the HX Stomp Snapshot Mode. HX Stomp Snapshots for worship are very powerful and essential to the way I control sound while performing worship in church.
