So how do we handle urges on NoFap? Well, one thing is for sure, well two things actually; FIRST: at some point during your nofap journey, you WILL get hit by urges. SECOND; if you master the art of urge surfing, you will get 100x further than if you remain vulnerable to them. And this the beauty of surfing the urges is that it can be applied to pretty much any cravings or negative emotions you have, not just avoiding a NoFap relapse. However, notice that I said “master the art of urge surfing”, because that’s EXACTLY what it is, it takes time to master and you will have to put in the work, but it is SO worth it. So make sure to watch the whole video, in fact, I recommend you watch it several times to really hammer home the message.
