- How much focus on do you put on quality of life vs quality of career?
- How much focus do you put on recognition, coaching, and mentoring?
- How much hunger do you have for learning and getting ahead?
How to build your career trajectory:
1. Develop a plan.
2. Develop a strong network of like-minded people.
3. Be Bold. Create or invent that next career opportunity.
4. If you're really stuck, seen out a professional coach.
