The Cyber Acoustic 3.5mm stand microphone is a easy to use, inexpensive, and portable microphone which I use to voice chat, record voice audio, and sound on.
It has an adjustable arm which makes it portable since you can fold it away when you are not using it, on/off switch, rubber feet, and the cable is very long. No driver software is required. All you have to do is plug the 3.5mm mic plug into the mic plug on your computers sound card.
The mic plug is usually pink like the cyber acoustic's mic plug which is also pink.
The Cyber Acoustic Mic also has a nice modern design to it.
You can use Sound Recorder, Audacity, and other sound recording programs to record your voice with a mic.
You can also use this mic on your computer to record voice overs and narration in Windows Movie Maker, Camstudio screencasting software, and other video editor which allows you to record voice over dubs, or you can just use sound recorder to record your voice with, and save it as an audio file to add to your videos.
It is best to sit a few feet away from the Mic to avoid picking up your breathing, and other annoying noises. You may also want to turn off your speaker, and adjust your microphone speaker volume before recording.
