I just started the course and...

Hi. I’ve been taking your course now for about two weeks. I feel like it’s teaching me a new way to think so that's good. The only problem is my spouse doesn’t believe it. I have promised to change many times before and did for 3-6 months but somehow always find myself doing the same stuff that drove him away to begin with. He was away when I started this journey and the week we had together upon his return was good but now I am away for a week and he has gone back to wanting a divorce and not talking to me. I can’t sleep and I can’t think because all I want to do is go back and show him I can change for good. He told me yesterday that he feels like he is being manipulated by me to stay.

How can I have hope while I’m still visiting my sick family all while my marriage is crumbling away?

How can I prove to him that this time is different?

While I’m away, I try to write to him every morning and night but I get almost no response from. He is shutting me out and my emotions are going wild. I fear he is going to leave me upon my return without ever giving me the chance to show what I’m learning and be the wife he needs and I want to be. I am losing hope:(
