Special Yoga Exercises with the One Leg Forward Fold and Butterfly Poses
In this video, I will start by doing an "easy" pose. I will do some basic warmup exercises to get the blood flowing. Next, I will do some simple leg warmups. From there, I will do the "butterfly" pose. This will help stretch your thighs. Next, I will do a "seated straddle" pose. This will workout your legs. The next exercise will specifically work on your back as well as your legs. This exercise is called the "one leg forward fold" pose. The next phase of the exercise routine will be a variation of the "half upright seated angle" pose. I will do different versions of this to stretch out the legs. Please go at your own pace. If you are not as flexible, please go as far as you can with the stretch, but be careful to not push yourself too much. And remember, to do cool down exercises at the end of this routine.
