Former President Donald Trump’s legal outlook is getting worse by the moment, as lawsuits and investigations stack up around the country. Laurence Tribe, professor emeritus at Harvard Law School, and retired federal Judge Nancy Gertner join Jim Braude to weigh in on Trump’s prospects in his many legal battles and how it could affect a possible 2024 presidential run.
“He’s out of luck,” Gertner said.
“He faces jail time one way or another,” Tribe added, pointing to the espionage charges he faces as a likely downfall, saying his “telepathy defense” will not work.
