Wheat Flour:- 1/4 Cup
Luke Warm Water:- 2 and 1/4 Cup
Cumin Seeds:- 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder:- 1 tbsp
Ginger & Green Chilli Paste:- 1 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder:- 1/4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Garam Masala:-1/4 tbsp
Coriander leaves:- 2 tbsp Oil for Greasing
For Stuffing:-
Oil:- 3-4 tbsp
Mustard Seeds:- 1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds :- 1 tbsp
Ginger & Green Chilli Paste:- 1 tbsp
Onion:- 1
Red Chilli Powder:- 1/4 tbsp
Turmeric Powder:- 1/4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Boiled Potato:- 1/2 Kg
Coriander leaves:- 2 tbsp
For Dosa Chutney:-
Oil:- 1-2 tbsp
Urad Dal:- 1 tbsp
Channa Dal:- 1 tbsp
Dry Red Chillies:- 3
Chopped Garlic:- 1 tbsp
Chopped ginger:- 1 tbsp
Chopped Onion:- 1
Chopped Tomato:- 1
Salt to taste
Turmeric Powder:-1/4 tbsp
Small Piece of Tamarind Oil:- 1tbsp
Mustard Seeds:- 1 tbsp
Curry leaves:- 8-10
