5 courses, 5 chefs at Local Roots Restaurant in Roanoke, Virginia. Celebrating the opening of the new location Chef Sean Brock was up early to shoot an engagement with ABC's Nightline then drove the 7 hours to Roanoke to cook with his friends. It was an amazing night for Local Roots but given Sean's commitment to Virginia, it was an amazing night for Southwest Virginia as well. Chef Sean Brock of McCrady's cooked with Chef Bryan Voltaggio of VOLT Restaurant, Chef Ashley Christensen of Poole's Diner, Chef Tarver King of The Ashby Inn and Chef Joshua Smith of Local Roots. Great chefs and great food..............great times.
