“Moment is like a cold fire - seductive guitars, gloomy musical elements. I’d say this fusion of styles is like an elegant retro-futurism,” is how singer-songwriter LEEONA says of her latest release.
That is why the video for the song, created together with the young director Irakli Kobakhidze, is made in the spirit of a spy film.

“We wanted to make you experience unusual emotions while watching. As a rule, when you watch a murder in the frame, it does not cause smiles. Ours turned out differently. At the same time, we managed to keep the spirit of a peculiar spy scenario.
In this story there is that same coldness, and an encouraging mystery, and irresistible romance. And only a moment will decide everything. It has always been so!

Moment marks a new chapter in the work of singer-songwriter LEEONA. The artist strives to create exactly the kind of music that will reflect her soul and vision.
“The vocals here sound like a sensual improvisation. It is a little different from what they are used to hearing in my songs, and I strive to envelop the listener with my magic. Moment is reminiscent of cold fire - seductive guitars, dark musical elements."
Not wanting to be constrained by the frames of popular music trends, LEEONA creates at the intersection of genres: the elegant presentation of synthwave style is intertwined with the grace of melodic lines. The singer herself calls this work a reflection of "elegant retro-futurism." She was inspired by the futuristic films of Denis Villeneuve, melancholic rock of the 80s and the music of the composer Vangelis, as well as performers and electronic groups such as Bryan Adams, Kavinsky, Talk Talk and Bryan Ferry.

«Moment напоминает холодный огонь – соблазнительные гитары, сумрачные музыкальные элементы. Я бы назвала этот сплав стилей элегантным ретрофутуризмом» — так певица и автор песен LEEONA говорит о своём последнем релизе.
Именно поэтому клип на песню, созданный совместно с молодым режиссёром Ираклием Кобахидзе, выполнен в духе шпионского фильма.

«Мы хотели заставить вас испытать необычные эмоции при просмотре. Как правило, когда наблюдаешь убийство в кадре - это не вызывает улыбок. У нас вышло по-другому. При этом нам удалось сохранить дух своеобразного шпионского сюжета.»
