This is a 30 minute vinyasa flow practice. Part 8 of the Refresh & Restore series of classes. These practices are designed to gently restore range of motion in your whole body without too much over effort.
This class is a calming, self care sequence for the hips, shoulders & spine. Class concludes with some gentle forward folds and a pranayama practice (Bhramari Breathing - buzzing bee breath).
For practice, I'd recommend a blanket.
