"I was looking for a well rounded band that played both great dance and country music for our daughter's wedding. I found Gunpowder Soup on the internet and really liked their style, look and song choices posted on their website. It felt a bit risky for such an important event, never hearing them, but after talking to Jeanine, i was satisfied with her responses and the fair pricing. I was confident it was a good choice. However, it was a GREAT choice! The band was energetic, fun, professional, extremely talented, kept the dance floor full all night and made a wonderful wedding reception even better! We received comments all evening about the quality of the band and i'm sure we will hear it for a very long time! Thank you Jeanine, Marius and the rest of the band, you made it a fabulous party!!"

"The best wedding band (or any occasion band, for that matter) EVER!! They are seriously amazing! They were the best part of our wedding. They know exactly how to engage an audience. Everyone was up on their feet dancing! Even some of my guests who I thought I'd never see dancing!! Our wedding was almost a month ago and people are still talking about the band and how much fun they were. They also make an effort to make the bride and groom feel special all evening! They are great about following the timeline of events for the evening. I loved that they bring a microphone in to the audience to let guests sing. And the tambourines they pass out are so much fun! I highly recommend this band, I wouldn't have wanted anyone else. :)"
