The man at the center of a viral video showing his alleged attempt to steal from a 7-Eleven store in Stockton did not enter a plea during his first court appearance on Wednesday. Tyrone Frazier entered a Stockton courtroom shackled in a red jumpsuit. The judge read a list of six charges against him which included two counts of robbery, attempted robbery, criminal threats, commercial burglary and vandalism. One of those charges is in connection with the alleged attempted robbery seen in the viral video. Investigators say it shows Frazier emptying shelves of cigarettes into a garbage can. Store employees stopped him, beating him with a wooden pole. The San Joaquin County District Attorney says those clerks will not face charges.
