Ten hours of a 1 Hz isochronic tone over a 60 Hz carrier wave. Like binaural beats, isochronic tones are used in the process known as brainwave entrainment. Instead of two slightly different frequencies played through the left and right stereo channels, isochronic tones feature a single frequency whose volume is modulated at the desired rate.
This tone mimics the delta brainwave pattern, which manifests during deep, dreamless, non-REM sleep.
