In this video I show you 9 different hand eye coordination drills, that is going to help your basketball dribbling/ball control, reaction time (tip passes on defense), and shooting accuracy. Doing these drills 1 or 2 times a week, you should see big improvement in no time! The only thing you will need is 1 tennis ball. All of these drills you will not need a partner, they are all up against wall and 1 whole workout should only take about 10-15 minutes.
