John Pennekamp State Park in Key Largo. Canon Beach and Far Beach are also nearby, but the best snorkeling and view of the reefs is through their boat tours that will take you directly to the sites.

Side note, if you’ve been to the beaches of North Florida, the beaches in South Florida are much smaller, but still beautiful.

This was video was taken in June 12, 2020. Entrance fee was $9.00 for 2 people. Besides the boat tours you can also rent kayaks inside the park.
