This is my concept build for a durable "frontline" thief with the ability to survive near the action and deliver big damage on demand to low targets and people out of position. It's also fairly successful in ranked 2v2 given the number of bunker comps currently running. The high vault damage doubles as a cleave and heavy damage against those pesky quick rez duos.
