21 March 2014: The Legatum Institute hosted a livestreamed panel discussion to mark the launch of a report, 'Wellbeing and Policy', which aims to stimulate debate around if, and how, wellbeing analysis should influence government policy. The commissioners and authors of the report included Lord O'Donnell (former UK Cabinet Secretary & Chair of the commission), Angus Deaton (Princeton University), Martine Durand (OECD), David Halpern (Behavioural Insights) and Richard Layard (London School of Economics).
