I want my channel to be accumulation of everything that I am I am a postop gastric bypass of five months, I actually decided to get Gastric bypass after I found two masses in my left breast and it made me really really, really want to get healthy. Luckily, they were benign so that day I made appointment with my surgeon team and I join the program. For my breast health I have been going every six months and they found another two masses so I am going through that right now and they’re different ones and that is scary. My MRI of my breast showed early-stage breast cancer but then my biopsy was negative so it was conflicting and that’s what still worries me because only my left breast that has the masses so I will keep going and seeing my doctor … and just continue living my healthiest lifestyle.So I’m all about self-love and self care and living healthy. It’s a tool and a process and I’m working on it every day. I’m so grateful for it and I feel so much better. I have so much more to go but, I know that I keep working at it I will reach my goal in a year probably. I started at 315 on 2/22/21 and today I’m 249lbs on 7/14/21.
My health is my top priority. My family, my happinesses, my overall all zest for life is everything I am vibing for.
