Hello everyone, this is my first recipe video on my channel. I came up with this "Vegan Bluefin Tuna" recipe after trying out Tomato Sushi at SF Veg Fest I attended a year ago. I decided to make my own. I hope this recipe is easy for anyone to make. I made this recipe in a matter of 20 minutes, it's so quick and good that you'll have to do sushi parties often.

Ingredients:
- Tomato(es)
- Tamari Soy Sauce
- Minced Garlic (Fresh or Jar)
- Rice Vinegar
- Water
Tools:
- Knives
- Spoons
- Pot (to boil water)
- Heat Resistant Bowl (to put water in)
- Pan (to bake sushi)
- Oven Mittens
- Saran Wrap
Instructions:
1. Boil water in a pot over medium fire.
2. Once water is boiled pour water into bowl.
3. Clean tomato(es) and carve an 'X' on the tomatoes surface
anywhere is fine really. I recommend an 'X' at the bottom
and top of the tomato.
4. Dunk tomato into the boiled water and watch the tomatoes
'X' start to crack or fold. Once you notice this take the tomato
out of the water (Be CAREFUL it may be HOT) and carefully
peel the tomato. If it's not easily peeling dunk into the water again.
Do not let the tomato become mushy this is a sigh of over cooking
and it will interfere with the baking process.
5. After skin is entirely peeled off place tomato on top of a cutting
board and cut the tomato in half (from top to bottom).
6. Scoop out the seed and core of the tomato only leaving the flesh.
7. Cut the flesh of the tomato into desired sizes. Mimic a Blue Fish Tuna slab of sushi or do whatever design.
8. Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
9. Place the outside of the tomato "tuna slabs" towards the surface of the pan that you'll be inserting into the oven.
10. Prepare the marinade in the pan. Put as much soy sauce, garlic, and rice vinegar to your taste buds content.
11. Cover each slab of tomato and insert into the oven for 1-3 minutes or until pan gets really hot.
12. Take pan out of oven and cool.
13. Once tuna is cooled wrap with Saran (plastic wrap)
and place it into a refrigerator to let marinade soak in the
tomato
14. Make sushi rice.
15. ENJOY!
