I tried the egg diet! and it worked pretty well.
as an egg lover, I really enjoyed this diet and it wasn't struggling at all.
nevertheless, it is NOT a long-term diet cuz eating too many eggs will high up your cholesterol level and also it's not good for your health eating always the same thing.
in my opinion, this kind of strict and fast diet, is good for the people who wants to have a boost at the beginning of a serious and balanced diet, maybe this way you can obtain some kind of motivation to keep being more healthy.
after trying this diet I would say that 7 days is the maximum, the limit! DO NOT exceed this amount of days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! clear? crystal clear!!!!!
we are all beautiful as how we are! no need to have diet just to fit the unhealthy standards set in the social medias. if you really feel bad in your body, then in this case the best thing is to consult a dietician and start a path followed by professional people! health is always in the first place! xoxo
