This is a breakdown of my approach to Holy Paladin Raid healing using Beacon of Virtue and Infusion of Light procs to restore mana. I also talk about the difference in feel to season 2 to season 3. I really enjoy Holy Paladin for raid for AOTC and "The First 3" Mythic.

In mid (+25 and higher) Mythic Plus keys I feel like HPal lacks throughput in many of the group healing checks compared to Disc Priest and Mistweaver.

In Keys I ended up maining Ret Paladin. Ret has a natural Battle Res, great Survivability, group utility (BOP, Freedom, Dispel) and even without the legendary after the buffs we do well damage wise.

However the gameplay is VERY slow and there are no CDR mechanics that reward good gameplay. I am happier playing Outlaw Rogue in keys for that reason which rewards optimal gameplay with faster cooldowns.
