Southwestern BBQ Chicken Salad
Layer all the ingredients on a bed of your favorite salad greens, Romaine stays nice and crunchy!
Cooked and sliced chicken breast - see the link below for a great way to bake some up or heat up some frozen fully cooked chicken from the grocery store
Pinto beans (rinsed and drained), Whole kernel sweet corn (rinsed and drained), Avocado, Roma tomatoes, Cucumbers, Red onion, Shredded Cheese, Fritos
