hey guys! happy spring! today's video is going to be an explanation behind period cramps and 5 tips for how to deal with them and make them less painful! i feel like it's so much easier to feel better on your period if you know what's happening in your body so that you can feel less scared and less anxious about the pain you're experiencing, so i really hope this video helps!! remember that period cramps and period pain/discomfort in general is unfortunately so normal, but if it feels really severe and extreme to you then please go see your doctor because i am not a medical professional in any way shape or form :)
