Falafel Platter
(फलाफल प्लेटर)

Ingredients (सामग्री)

*Tahini (ताहिनी)
- 2 कप सफेद तिल
- 4 टेबल स्पून तेल (फ्लेवरलेस)


* Hummus ( हमस)
- 1.5 कप छोले के चने
- 6 टेबल स्पून ताहिनी
- 1 टेबल स्पून नीबू का रस
- 3 टेबलस्पून ओलीव ऑयल
- 10 से 12 लहसुन की कली
- 1 टी स्पून नमक
- 1 टीस्पून भुना हुआ जीरा पाउडर


* Baba Ghunush (बाबा गनौश)
- 1 बड़ी साइज का बैंगन
- 1/2 टीस्पून लाल मिर्च पाउडर
-1/2 टीस्पून भुना हुआ जीरा पाउडर
-1 टेबलस्पून दरदरा को कूटा हुआ लहसुन
-2 टेबल स्पून एक्स्ट्रा वर्जिन ओलिव ऑयल
-1/2 टी स्पून नमक
-3 टेबल स्पून ताहिनी
-1 टीस्पून नींबू का रस


* Falafel(फलाफल)
- 2 कप छोले के चने
- 2 कप धनिया पत्ता
- 1 एक कप प्याज
- 3 हरी मिर्च
- 1.5 टेबल स्पून लहसुन
- 2 टीस्पून भुना हुआ जीरा पाउडर
- 1/2 टीस्पून दालचीनी पाउडर
- 2 टेबल स्पून तिल
- 2 टीस्पून नमक
- 1.5 टीस्पून बेकिंग पाउडर या (बेकिंग सोडा)
- 3 टेबल स्पून ओलिव ऑयल
- 2 टेबलस्पून बेसन (जरूरत लगे तो)

* Pita Bread (पिता ब्रेड)
- 2.5 टीस्पून इंस्टेंट ईस्ट
- 1 टेबल स्पून पिसी हुई चीनी☺
- 1 एक कप हल्का गर्म पानी
- 3 एक कप मैदा (400 ग्राम)
- 3 टेबलस्पून तेल

* Green Chutny(ग्रीन चटनी)
- 1/2 कप धनिया पत्ता
- 1/2 कप कैप्सिकम
-1/2 कप पालक
-1 टेबलस्पून मूंगफली के दाने
-1/2 टी स्पून नमक
-2 हरी मिर्च
-2 टीस्पून नीबू का रस

*Laal Chutny (लाल चटनी)
- 8 से10 लाल सूखी मिर्च
-1 टेबलस्पून लहसुन
-1.5 कप टमाटर के टुकड़े
-1/2 टीस्पून नमक
-2 टेबल स्पून तेल


* सैलेड बनाने के लिए
