*Procedure:
1. Boil the beef brisket with the aromatics. When it is tender, turn off the heat. Set aside the beef and this will be the broth for the soup.
2. Prepare the other ingredients - Miki noodles, Chinese cabbage, spring onions, and fried garlic.
3. Cook the beef pares.
4. When assembling in a bowl, place the Miki noodles at the center, cabbage on one side, and beef pares on the other side. Pour the beef broth over. Garnish with spring onions and fried garlic.
5. Serve and Enjoy!
