How to fix 'This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way' Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Error in VLC Media player.
When i try to play the mp4 video file in VLC media player, i found it is playing for few minutes and then stuck, but elapsed time is running. When i adjust the seek slider to somewhere to play the file, i am getting this 'Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library' error 'This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information'. Then vlc media player has stopped working.
Causes: Trying to play the corrupted file or partially downloaded mp4 video file in VLC media player by adjusting the seek slider
Recommended solution: Ensure file has been completely downloaded or corrupted file (partially downloaded). Here i suggest you to check the size and size on disk properties.
