The Polish PPS 43c pistol is a semi-auto 7.62x25mm caliber pistol based on the PPS 43 smg. It is manufactured in Poland by Radom, and imported into the US. The folding stock is permanently closed, thus making it legally a pistol. It has also been converted from a full auto, open bolt weapon to a closed bolt, semi-auto action.
Even with the neutering needed to make it legal in the US, this little former smg is still fun at the range, and (with the proper paperwork, permission, and tax stamp) it is a simple matter to convert it into an sbr.
