The trans-Mongolian route from Beijing to Ulaanbaatar is thus far the most beautiful leg of our train journey. We were mesmerised by the scenery and were so busy taking photos. The China trains are also newer and comfortable.
After 1 month of travelling on the road, we reached Mongolia. We can’t wait to leave China for cooler temperatures but luck was not on our side. Although it was cooler, it was also wet and bleak. We only had a day of perfect weather while we were there for 5 nights. The beauty of Mongolia lies in its open spaces and nomadic culture. And we experienced that on a perfect day in the countryside.
Video was shot using iPhone SE and Samsung Galaxy S7 and edited on iMovie app and FlimoraGo.
