This corrupt Police Officer gets FIRED for unlawfully arresting this man. The man was involved with an altercation with some business owners and the cops were called. Instead of deescalating the situation this corrupt cop provokes this innocent man by continually walking up on him. This is a tactic that bullies use to try and provoke a response. Thankfully this Police Officer got FIRED for his efforts.
