Churro has been my favorite falconry bird by far. In just under four months of hunting, we took close to 250 head of game. She taught me a lot and helped introduce me to some great friends. From magazine covers/ articles to millions of views on her videos, it has been a wild ride!
In my opinion, the best thing to do with an amazing bird is to release it back into the wild. This weekend we took her back to the exact same place that I trapped her, cut her anklets and she didn't look back! I hope she goes on to find a mate, raise young and live a long, happy life!
