I used a route that I've seen used for Perfect Stealth, and just changed it slightly to make it fit the No Traces restrictions. It may be possible to go faster with a different exit strategy. It's also possible to complete this mission for No Traces by fultoning the truck the two key target NPCs enter, but you need to use the phantom cigar if you're speedrunning and it's probably slower.
