The On Cloud X3 is a great cross training shoe, but don't confuse the Cloud X3 with a daily trainer or performance running shoe. The On Cloud X3 is best suited for HIIT, strength workouts, lateral movements and light running. You could even wear these shoes as your do-it-all casual daily option as well.
