In Path of Exile 3.24 Necropolis, you'll be able to fight new penultimate bosses in tier 17 maps for a chance at some exclusive unique items. Instead of new uniques though, these are reworked existing unique items that have been taken out of the core drop pool, massively buffed and injected as exclusive boss drop-only items.
