Vacuum Compatible Single Rail Positioning Stage

H2W has taken a standard Single Rail Positioning Stage and modified it to work inside a vacuum. The linear motor and feedback encoder have been modified to work inside a vacuum. The bearings have been lubricated with dry lube film, a low-outgassing lubricant. All cables are rated for little to no outgassing. All machined parts with drilled holes have had ventilation holes added to prevent any gasses from getting trapped.
