We are putting down woven garden landscape fabric at our school for the first time. We expect many positive results most importantly weed control. There will also be many challenges that come up for us as first time users. Some of these challenges include: Watering on the garden fabric and will it easily go through. Cutting holes in the landscape fabric cleanly and not having it unravel is another challenge. How do we get fertilizer through the fabric. The wind wants to pick it up and move it around.
