Well... I had to make a veggie friendly version of this! But seriously, this is the BEST way to make Taco Bell's Crunchwrap Supreme (vegetarian version/can also be made vegan friendly). Seriously. We're taking the Crunchwrap to the next level by using the tortilla hack from TikTok and swapping the tostada shell out for Doritos. You have to try this.

Ingredients:
• 1/4 lb (4oz) Impossible burger ground
• taco seasoning
• 1 tbsp sour cream
• spicy sweet chili Doritos
• 1/4 roma tomato diced
• 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
• 1/3 cup Mexican cheese
• 1 tbsp queso (warmed up)
• 8" tortilla (warmed up)
• 1-2 tbsp oil

serving size: 1

Instructions:
1. Heat 1-2 tbsp oil in a skillet over med/med-high heat.
2. Add in your Impossible burger ground and break up the ground with your spatula.
3. Cook until the burger ground is brown. Drain out the excess liquid.
4. Season it according to the taco seasoning packet
5. While the burger ground finishes simmering, prepare your other ingredients (warm up queso, chop tomato, heat up tortilla, etc)
6. After the burger ground is done cooking, it's time to build our Crunchwrap!
7. Take your tortilla and find the center point.
8. Take your knife and slice it halfway down from the center point, essentially creating a flap in the tortilla.
9. In the first quadrant next to the cut, add 1 tbsp. sour cream, and top it off with some Doritos.
10. In the next quadrant, add shredded lettuce and tomato.
11. In the third quadrant, spread 1 tbsp of queso and top it off with an even layer of ground beef.
12. In the final quadrant, add the shredded cheese.
13. After all your ingredients are added, take the first quadrant and fold it onto itself.
14. Finally, sear both sides of the Crunchwrap in a skillet, until both sides are golden brown and the shredded cheese is melted.
15. Slice the Crunchwrap in half & serve it with your favorite hot sauce!
