In US news and current events today, an LAPD officer was filmed repeatedly punching a suspect during an arrest in Los Angeles, California. The police department is now investigating the arrest after footage shows possible police brutality. The LAPD said two cops responded to calls of a trespasser. They reportedly told the suspect to leave, and a ‘physical altercation’ ensued between the LAPD police officers and the suspect.
