So this is the Acorn Lodge at Gatwick is a quaint hotel, and very quaint proportions too, but it’s really popular with our customers!
If you've got parking included in your package it's most likely that it'll be over at the sister hotel, The Cambridge, in there secured car park. Where there are airport taxi transfers available on demand.
And with just 22 rooms of varying shapes, sizes and finishes, you’ll almost feel like part of the family when you’re here.
Now it is quite a small, quiet hotel, so, although check in is from as early as 2pm, I would recommend aiming for an early arrival here around evening as that’s the time things start to pick up here.
Now the bar is a central spot in the hotel, where you’ll be well looked after. There’s a good selection of alcoholic and soft drinks to see you through to dinner.
Now dinner here at the Acorn is not to be missed - the chef knows how to create and present stunning food that tastes as good as it looks!
In the morning come down to a home-cooked breakfast in the light and airy dining room. Now the hot breakfast is made to order, although a cold buffet available on to nibble while you wait, and best of all - it’s all included in the price of your stay!
