ABOUT THIS VIDEO
In this video, I share word pairs that English learners struggle to pronounce because they sound so similar!
This is not a list that I invented or found somewhere on Google. It's one that I created based on the feedback of my subscribers. So, thank you for your comments! Your feedback helps me know what you struggle with and allows me to create lessons that will help.
If you listen closely to the examples in this video, you should be able to hear the differences between each word pair. Once you hear how they are different, you can practice imitating them.
Soon, you will say them correctly! Just remember that the differences are often very subtle...
These are the words I demonstrate:
Man, Men
Want Won
One, won
Hair air
Tree, Three, Free
Lose, Loose
proove/proof
Advice, Advise
Leaf/ Leave
Year /ear
word/world

beer/beard
Pepper/paper
