French Caramel Pudding Recipe :
Ingredients:
Milk 250 grams
Sugar 50 grams
Eggs 3
Cream 250 grams
For Decorating:
Royal Caramel Sauce as required
Method:
Dissolve the sugar by adding milk and sugar in a bowl. Now add eggs and cream to it and mix well. When combined, put it in the mold and bake it in the crater bath for 40-45 minutes at 160c. Finally, decode with a royal caramel sauce.
Umali Recipe :
Ingredients:
Milk 250 grams
Sugar 50 grams
Custard 3 grams
Statured nuts 100 grams
Puff pastry as required
Whipy whipped cream for Garnishing
Method:
First, cut long strips of puff pastry and bake them. Now boil the milk and sugar and add custard to it. Then add the smarted nits and mix well. Now pour the baked puff pastry into the mold. Add the umm-e-ali mixture for the layer. Finally, top with whipy whip cream
